Noise from electricity pillion and swimming pools ruined the view and made sitting outside unpleasant.Hotel refused to communicate via booking.com for simple enquiries, forcing us on 3 occasions to visit the front desk. Charged us 30 to late checkout by 2 hours Entertainment was a bit loud and naffThe breakfast was disappointing for a 4 star, coffee very poor

Everything! Excellent staff, especially Katherina at the Lobby bar, always with a smile on her face! Extra clean rooms with everyday cleaning. Food was delicious, we didnt need to go anywhere else for dinner, every night the different type of cousine. Restaurant staff also amazing! Pools were also great adition to the hotel, if you choose all inclusive you get free drinks and snacks at the pool. Highly reccommend, totally worth of staying 7 nights in this hotel!

Little bit far away from Corfu centre, but with pool, shop, nearby beach etc. not being that much of a problem.

Both infinity pools were always busy; too far away from things I wanted to do-& the main thing was that staff didnt help me with booking excursions and finding a taxi despite numerous requests. They kept saying its end of season so theres no excursions anymore but they happily helped older people 50+ with booking excursions & taxis and I think this property was just more for older people and not people in their 20s. Also no one was ever sitting at the excursions table, until the day I left then there was a man there..some staff were lovely and helpful like at the spa, but generally the reception staff were very unhelpful & I wasnt impressed greatly by their customer service, Ive received much better service as a solo traveller before..

Bedrooms were really comfortable & clean, swimming pools, breakfast buffet & dinner buffet

Gym was very poor & making a reservation in advance was very frustrating No map was given to me to show me where everything wasHalf board only allows you dinner in main restaurant which i was not made aware of at booking. Ie you have to pay extra to go to other dining which is not what I expected.Also there was confusion about what was offered in half board however thankfully i had an email with details from hotel prior to arrival which i had to present to F&B manager to confirm which made me uncomfortable as I felt i did something wrong but in fact it was hotels error

The room is wonderful, clean, big, the view is wonderful. The breakfast was spectacular. In fact, we loved every detail of the hotel.

For us it wasn't a problem but the location of the hotel is a little far from everything, keep in mind that you will need a vehicle.

Breakfast was excellent; lots of choice and variety. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. The hotel is closed to the cafe Olive Tree which is a must for a coffee, snack & atmosphere.

We had a room with side/partial sea view. While indeed a right side of the view was facing the sea/mountains, the rest faced a construction site where works were ongoing and a car park. We felt the hotel should have been more clear about the construction works going on directly opposite; obstructing the views and making some noise.We struggled with the noise due to a loud music/karaoke taking place every night until 11am. The rooms werent very sound proof so noise / sound travelled fast. Bring a set of ear plugs if you are a light sleeper!We didnt use the pools as we had a car and ventured out (we recommend beaches on western side e.g. Issos beach); the opening hours of the pool were restrictive (10:00-18:00) and spa also had to be pre-booked a few days in advance.

The gym was a small and the properes was a little gar fron corfu town.

Loved the location; right by the sea and a short walk to different tavernas. We loved that entertainment was on every night, and the food was pretty amazing - a wide variety of choice at all times, and some standout food was on offer. We loved the offer of the free six course meal, which was very good! All the staff I interacted with were incredibly polite, kind, informative and friendly, and that made it extra special. The pools were clean and kept tidy by staff which was nice.

The cocktails werent great - not great flavour-wise, which is probably the mixers or the sugar syrup or the juice, or all of them. Some foods (like mixed vegetables for breakfast) were less appealing as very overcooked, and therefore might contribute to waste, and one morning the eggs tasted like mackerel. Our room (3001) smelt like damp and our air conditioning stopped working on the last night, along with our safe (that we were using). One of my towels had holes in it, and housekeeping never replaced the bar of soap we used, and we never got a mini bar top up, despite this apparently happening daily. Our room also appeared to be suffering with toilet backwash from the drains because every day there would be some residue in it (we were on the ground floor and all through the night you can hear other flushed waste passing by). We werent keen on the plastic drinking glasses by the pools but can appreciate the safety angle, however, these would need to be washed better as many had lipstick stains on them. It might be a good idea to take the pool side cushions in if it rains, but I appreciate the irony of this and the rain wont come that often!

AI was average at the main restaurant, however the beach bar lunches are excellent. Pool loungers are a little grubby and tired

The food was great, very favourable. Different food every night- theme nights. We had Chinese and Mexican. The beach restaurant was great for all inclusive we had lunch there every day- very friendly staff kept your drinks topped up. Maid service was good- towels kept up to date. Cocktails were nice some were watered down but the ones at the small bar in the lobby tasted great.

Its such a shame when you eat outside as it must be wasp season as there was a lot of wasps around the pool areas and food areas. Some staff were less friendly but your get to know who is and isnt.

If you would like a quiet room/ stay dont get a room on the 5 th floor in the main building The entertainment happens in the rooftop bar on the 6 th floor, quite noisy until 11pm every night. Food for a 5 star hotel was average. Salad bar was good but the mains were not so good!

Amazing, friendly staff. Couldnt do enough for me. Food was absolutely beautiful, great selection of foods in buffet restaurant and a beautiful rooftop restaurant. Fridge in room restocked every day. Private beach with lots of sun loungers

Staff was very friendly and nice and clean hotel.

Beds are the hardest I have ever slept in. Pretty "remote " location, rental car is a must unless the plan is to stay at the hotel all the time. The beaches which are close to the hotel are not nice at all.

Amazing staff and a real greek vibe.

The food was same most of the days, not a big fan. However allergens were all clearly shown, so for me as a gluten-intolerant person this was perfect.

Requested and paid for a sea view but only got a "partial sea view". Sea was only slightly visible from the balcony and not visible from the room.

-Views/location were very pleasant -Cleaning staff were efficient-Breakfast buffet was plentiful -Pool area was nice

-Poorly designed building- walls are way too thin, so you can hear chairs scraping and banging doors in the early hours of the morning. -Smell of sewage from outside the building -Tacky interior (rooms were nice, but the hotel building and halls itself are unattractive) -Lighting inside the rooms are white (not ambient and relaxing), emergency lights/fire alarms went off during the night

The pools , the bars and the beach

I did not like one employee who was not kind when we lost the voucher to the evening restaurant. She said that without the voucher she cannot help, eventually we found it but her attitude made us loose our will to go or even to return to your venue

Avoid this Hotel

The property was no clean at all, they didnt change the sheets, the towels and when we arrived we found hair in all the room because it wasnt cleaned. The floor was with broken tiles, the bathroom was so bad that you couldnt change the option for the water. We had a problem with the reservation when we arrived and when we did the check out the person that was on the reception said Aaaa I remember you ironically. In all Corfu the service was exceptional only in this hotel was so bad. Even the bins in the room they didnt change. Its definitely not a five star hotel. The furniture keep making noise when you touch the wardrobe or when you sit on the couch. There is not even the minimum of cleaning. The bathroom was a disaster. The staff was a disaster. We also had a problem that we reserved for one price and paid another price in the hotel. The food was very bad, you pay 800 hundred euros for 4 night and for that horrendous food. The pools dont have the capacity for the number of people that are in the hotel. Its loudy in the evening and til midnight. I would never go in that hotel and i advice everyone not to go in this hotel. Its a waste of money and time.

Great selection of food at breakfast and at the restaurants. All food and drinks we had were delicious! Great to have a walk up pool bar too. The view from the pool was incredible. Staff were very friendly and polite. The day spa was also great! We got an upgrade which was appreciated.

This hotel has the potential to be 5 star but its not quite there. There were parts of the hotel (such as the hallway to our room) that were run down looking, the housekeeping didnt clean the bathroom well, they folded the already wet bath mat and just placed it back at the end of the shower, the shower fittings were lose and rusted, no iron or ironing board in the room and when asked for an iron we had to wait two days and then were told theres no ironing board. One of the pools had a lot of broken sun loungers that were unusable. These things are all easy fixes, however made for some frustrations during our stay.We had an early flight day of check out and requested early breakfast to our room. We were told we could not have it in the room and we had to go to the dining room where we normally had our buffet breakfast and would be provided with a continental breakfast. When I arrived for my early breakfast I was given a plate with 2 slices of white bread, a small piece of cake, 2 small pieces of other bread and an orange, covered with plastic wrap, (picture attached). I feel that this is not what I expect from a 5 star hotel.
